WięcejWe are pleased to announce that the Warsaw Commuter Railway is once again our partner in the implementation of a bicycle, environmentally friendly project.
WięcejHow fast we ride a bicycle is crucial for safe driving. Remember the old truth: "hurry up slowly" - do not charge while riding a bicycle, do not overestimate your abilities, and above all adjust the speed to weather conditions, traffic congestion and the provisions of the Highway Code.
Let's respect other traffic participants. First of all pedestrians but also other cyclists and drivers using road infrastructure. Let's avoid aggression, let's be understanding with seniors, people with disabilities, but also with each other. Personal culture is the best showcase of each of us.
Let's behave predictably when driving. Let's use the bell, lighting - the necessary equipment for each bike, but also signal planned maneuvers, obey traffic rules, and above all, give up the feeling that we are "road kings".
Always apply the principle of limited trust - to other road users, but also to your psychophysical capabilities and road infrastructure. In road situations, especially when confronted with motor vehicles, we cannot be sure that the other road users respect the rules, see and respect our priority.
Take care of your safety. Put on your helmet, after dark vest or waistband with glare. Take care of effective lighting, do not hesitate to ring. Let others see you and hear.
We want to promote and support an active lifestyle. Maintaining and shaping health requires moderate intensity physical activity, practiced 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes. Bike commutes to work, schools, recreational bike rides are a great way to provide the body with a dose of movement and a portion of health.
Learn MoreWe want to participate in environmental protection. By moving a bicycle or other "non-car" means of personal communication, we care about the environment and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The bicycle is an alternative to cars, buses and even trams. It is comfortable, cheap and practical. Let's use a bicycle for our own convenience, health and concern for the common good.
Learn MoreWe want to teach safe behavior in bicycle traffic. Moving on public roads, including bicycle paths, is always associated with the risk of falling, collision or even an accident. It is therefore extremely important to minimize the risks and risky behaviors by popularizing practical and theoretical knowledge of road safety.
Learn MoreBy using the bike we are independent, free and we save money. We do not refer to the piston on buses, trays, the need to buy a ticket or fuel. We freely park wherever we are comfortable. And independence is the main pillar of today's lifestyle.

WięcejHuman functioning in society is associated with specific activities that he performs in direct or indirect contact with other people. Quite often this happens when moving, going from point A to point B on foot or by vehicle. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in interest in cycling, which was due to both comfortable and wider infrastructure (a dense network of bicycle paths, access to city bikes), difficulties in communication (traffic jams, high load on rolling stock, lack of punctual journeys) and striving to change your lifestyle to improve your physical fitness and health.
WięcejOne of the causes of accidents involving cyclists is not adapting the speed to traffic conditions. First of all, it is about drivers of motor vehicles, but cyclists are also required to drive responsibly, carefully at a speed adapted to the restrictions in force in a given area, weather conditions, the condition of the surface or the technical condition of the bicycle (brake performance, tire tread quality, etc.).
